In Game 4, the Rangers beat the Capitals 4-2, advancing with Panarin's power play goal and Roslovic's empty-netter. Shesterkin saved 23, boosting their win.
Capitals' Ovechkin blames himself for first career scoreless playoff as NY Rangers sweep them. Despite a stellar season, he faltered against tough Rangers' defense.
Chronic back issues may push T.J. Oshie towards retirement post-Capitals' exit. Backstrom likely out for his last year. Ovechkin, 42 goals behind Gretzky, to return.
