The New York Rangers clinched a win against the Pittsburgh Penguins in a dramatic overtime match. Mika Zibanejad scored the decisive goal 2:11 into the extra time, leading the Rangers to a 4-3 triumph.

Chris Kreider initiated the scoring for the Rangers in the second period, but the Penguins soon responded, equalizing the score with a goal from Evgeni Malkin.

The third period saw the Penguins seize the lead thanks to a goal from Kris Letang. Nonetheless, the Rangers remained resilient, with Andrew Copp bringing the game back to a tie just two minutes later.

Overtime was filled with tension, but Zibanejad's exceptional play ultimately secured the win for the Rangers. Despite the Penguins' strong efforts, their rally came up just short.
